Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after this period.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and full payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within 30 days of completion, we reserve the right to pursue collection through legal means.

Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a warranty on installation workmanship. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your service agreement.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or acts of nature. Regular maintenance as recommended is required to maintain warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

CrestView Germantown Artificial Grass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Property Access and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and for securing pets and valuables. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked.

You must notify us of any known hazards on your property before work begins.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or if cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours notice.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
